Yes, he is. He's only been going on at LATE nights, around 2:30am he said. It's because of his T1 Line at college. It's so bogged down right now that he has almost no connection. I know this cause he talked to me and Thug (I think it was Thug) last week.

i knew his connection was bad, and a couple weeks ago he told me they were going to improve the connection over the next 3 weeks or so...dont know if any improvements have been made yet though
