Hello all. I am AirForceOnes from Dark Side Elders. I am thinking about getting this game and I saw your topic on our boards. The thing is that i have no idea what i will be or anything. I am open to suggestions. What type of character do you guys need? Do you need more support-like players or warrior types? I am willing to do basically anything that you will ask of me (atleast ingame ). I hope that my friends from DSE can vouche that i am a good teammate and listen to commands and such. I also like to lead things as well. (Such as squads in Planetside if you know what that is). Thanks. ~AirForceOnes~

Hail AirForceOnes, By truth, we do not ask you to be what we need, we ask you to be what you enjoy and would like to do. If we told you to be a certain species or profession what fun is that? Would you enjoy doing something that you possible would not enjoy? I think not SO, all I ask, is that you be what you like, and what you would enjoy, and that is that. If we need a certain profession, we normally look for it ingame, or, sometimes, members decide they would like to give something a try and the end up choosing a professions we require. To help you out, here is a list is a character sheet you can use, that is based on the professions ingame, you can mix and match, or you can go elite and work your way up the skill tree till you are the best of the best. swgcb.yogn.net/swg-cb.php?prof_id=1Its flash, I believe so, say you wanted to be a Bounty Hunter, well all you need to do is click on the left side for the link for BH, and then the top where it says Master Bounty Hunter. This will populate all areas that are required for that profession and then at the bottom show you how many skill points you have left. (which would be 33 out of 250 points) And for race, here is a link to all the races in game, and info about each one... swg.allakhazam.com/db/races.htmlTells you a little about each, race, and all the info you need to know. So if you can decide what profession you want before entering the game, choosing a race can help you out. If not, then, oh well, you get to be what you want to be. Other then that, as long as you agree to the rules, and like to have fun, look foward to seeing you ingame with the rest of us. If you have any other questions, place a thread on the forums and someone will get to your question as quickly as possible.

ok i have figured out what i want my professions to be when i have filled the 250 points out.
1) Master Squad Leader 2) Master Pistoleer 3) and some Dancing Skills to help get me started in the beginning with money because i heard that they can make the most money and experience.
I still havent figured out my race though. What type do you guys think will fit?

Twidies are everywhere and humans have crap for HAM's (God do I know about that...d**n weak minded humans...). Be whatever you want but the Squad Leader is going to take a LONG ass time to get... Oh, and AFO kicks ass. He's a great guy and I cant wait for another DSE member to join me and Titan in our explorations to find a new spot for Titans harvesters

.. i hate that song..(the one about the Air Force ones) but i work at a music store and had to listen to it EVERDAY for 2 months. o well Dont be a trandoshan.. i heard they suck! =) Bothans are kinda cool.. Heres my advice Dont let Specie Increases for certain skills have anything to do with your decision.. its much more fun just to pick your favorite.. and adds depth.. (rather than everyone who is a dancer be a friggin twilek) o well We could use a squad leader.... you can always take up a craft too We could always use a tailor or a chef.

ya know a lotta people say that to me about the AFOs. The shoes are the greatest shoes ever and the song is pretty good. Granted not as good as some other songs, but still good.
O yea one more question, what is a good starting profession to be just to gain xp and money? I mite put the remaining points in chef or tailor or something like that instead of dancer if you need them.
Do you need a droid engineer? or possibly a creature handler?
I am prolly getting the game today. When and where should i meet u guys? i'll prolly be AirForceOnes or maybe AFO or AF1 or something like that.

a creature handler would be usefull to us, they help act as tanks on the secondary worlds to help us get lots of exp (13 players, about 4-5 pets got us through an endor trip with only two people dying once, but they were able to rejoin the group). But its up to you, be what you want to be

well i started today and it was great. My name is Thug Force. I am a human. Started as Artisan. Tegen and Dal showed me around. I learned the first pistol level already. I gotta get the scout going soon if i wanna be an SL. Hope to see you on the game!
P.S.- Is Tegen, Titan, and Me in the guild or are we just allies type things?
